Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist & Waiter/Waitress to join our team. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who excels in both cocktail creation and front-of-house service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mixology, a flair for customer engagement, and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mixologist:
Craft innovative and classic cocktails with precision and creativity.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Ensure consistency in drink presentation, flavor balance, and quality.
Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste.
Engage with guests to recommend and customize drinks based on preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
As a Waiter/Waitress:
Greet and seat guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service.
Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
Offer menu recommendations, upselling specials and signature cocktails.
Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained to a high standard.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service.
Process payments and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Mixologist/Bartender and Waiter/Waitress preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and food pairings.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
A keen eye for detail and passion for crafting unique experiences.
Must be reliable, professional, and a team player.
